30 Day Returns

Glasses and Frames can also be returned in a similar fashion but must be unused in their original condition and packaging.

To return your items, simply call customer service at 1-888-391-7761 or email service@Contacts1st.com. Before returning items, get an RMA number and instructions from customer service.

365 Day Prescription Exchange

If your prescription changes or if you've ordered more lenses than you need, we would be happy to accept returns for store credit within 365 from the day you receive your order. Use your store credit towards any future purchase. Store credits do not expire. Returned lens boxes must be in original condition, full, sealed, unopened and without writing or markings. To return your items for store credit, please contact customer service for instructions.

Our customer service department has you covered. We guarantee order accuracy and promptness of shipments. In the unlikely event that you have to return the order due to a customer service error, we will gladly provide a prepaid return mailing label free of charge.
